We will be undergoing significant database updates between the hours of 11PM UTC and 6am UTC. We expect downtime during this time.

The updates are to significantly improve the handling of non-latin characters, including Emojis, Asian scripts and non-standard characters.

This will affect all Platform services. Standard background services will be executed in blocks every hour.
